The management of the Ghana Education Service has announced the evaluation of performance contract by teachers and their heads of schools.
According to GES, all Regional and District Directors are requested to supervise the self-evaluation of the 2021 Performance Contract signed by all Cost Centre Managers.
District Directors are to ensure that heads of schools do the self-evaluation and submit their reports to their respective District Education offices latest by 21st April 2022.
Regional Directors are also to ensure that District Directors use the required attached templates to do their self-evaluation and submit their reports to their respective Regional Education offices latest by 28th April 2022.
Regional Directors are also expected to do their self-evaluation and submit their reports to the Director-General latest by 5h May. 2022.
A team from headquarters will also visit selected Regional / District Educational Offices and Schools to evaluate their performance contract within the specified
period.
