GES has begun collecting data for Transfer grants. Take note


Management of the Ghana Education Service has begun collating data from qualified staff for Transfer grants for the 2021/2022 academic year.

According to the information available, qualified staff of the Ghana Education Service is to apply so that they can be capture under the transfer Grants.

This formed part of the approved rate of allowance for staff of the Ghana Education Service.

According to the directive from the management of the Ghana Education Service to all Metropolitan/municipal/district Directors of education, qualified staff is to submit their documents to their district office for collation.

Qualified staff is to submit their documents to their district Integrated Personnel and Payroll Database (IPPD) coordinators for processing.

Documents/particulars to be submitted
Applicants are to make photocopies of each of the following documents where applicable
a. Approval letter from the Ghana Education Service and Ministry of finance
b. Transfer letter
c. Payslip

Deadline for submission of Documents
According to management, Applicants are to submit their documents to their district office on or before 19th August 2021.
