GES, NTC, and the three major teacher unions hold Consultative discussions on CPD points full operationalization.


The management of the Ghana Education Service, the National Teaching Council NTC, and the three major teacher unions (GNAT, NAGRAT, and CCTGH) have held two-day Consultative talks on the full implementation of the Continuous professional development points full operationalization.

The information available to Educegh.com indicates that this two-day meeting by the management of the major Teachers’ stakeholders in basic schools was held at the Best Western Plus Atlantic Hotel in Takoradi from 18th – 19th August 2022.

The major issue at hand was management discussion of the Continuous professional development points-based framework which the majority of teachers said is meant by NTC to still from the poor teacher and how this CPD points framework can be operationalized.

Other major critical issues affecting Ghana Education Service and the teachers were also discussed in this meeting. Teachers will be glad to hear good news on the full operationalization of the CPD points-building framework.
