How to apply at Majuba?

Step 1: Decide on Your Program

Before anything else, explore the courses Majuba offers. The college provides a variety of NC(V) (National Certificate Vocational), NATED (N1-N6) programs, and Learnerships in fields like:

  • Engineering Studies
  • Business Studies
  • Hospitality
  • IT & Computer Science
  • Tourism
  • Agriculture

Step 2: Apply Online

Majuba College now accepts online applications — super convenient! Here’s how:

Go to the Application Portal:

Fill Out the Online Form:

You’ll need:

  • A valid email address
  • A working cellphone number
  • Your ID document or passport
  • Latest school results (Grade 9–12, depending on the program)

Take your time to fill in your personal details, educational background, and course preferences.


Step 3: Upload Your Documents

Make sure you have clear, scanned copies of the following:

  • Certified copy of your ID
  • Parent/guardian ID (if you’re under 18)
  • Latest academic results
  • Proof of residence
  • If applicable: medical certificates, disability documents, etc.

Tip: Documents must be certified within the last 3 months.


Step 4: Take the Placement Test

All new applicants are required to complete a compulsory placement test. This helps determine the right program for you based on your strengths and interests.

The test can be done online — you’ll receive details once your application is submitted.


Step 5: Wait for Feedback

After submission, keep an eye on your email or SMS for updates. If your application is successful, you’ll receive a provisional acceptance letter with registration instructions.

Once accepted, you’ll be asked to:

  • Confirm your space
  • Register formally (online or at the campus)
  • Pay the necessary fees or apply for NSFAS funding if eligible
