A Proven Leader with a Diverse Background
Dr. Wentzel brings over 15 years of executive experience across various sectors, including banking, retail, FMCG, logistics, and workforce services. Before joining Adcorp, he served as CEO of Tsebo International, overseeing operations in 21 African countries. His previous roles also include positions as Chief Commercial Officer and CEO of the Facilities Solutions division at Tsebo Group, as well as Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer for other prominent companies.
Dr. Wentzel holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cape Town and a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial Systems from the University of Pretoria.

In the six months leading up to August 2023, the company reported a 34.4% increase in earnings per share from continuing operations, reflecting robust revenue growth and operational resilience in both South Africa and Australia.
