The University of Limpopo (UL) has closed its application period for the 2025 academic year as of April 9, 2025. Online applications were accepted for undergraduate and graduate programs between April 5, 2024, and September 30, 2024. Those prospective students who failed to meet this deadline will have to wait until the following round of applications.
Looking Ahead: UL Applications for 2026 Academic Year
UL has already opened applications for the 2026 academic year. The application period commenced on April 1, 2025, and will close on October 31, 2025 . Prospective applicants are advised to prepare the following documents:
- Certified copy of your identity document
- Certified copy of your Senior Certificate/National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Certified Grade 11 report (if currently in Grade 12)
- Grade 12 June report (if currently in Grade 12)
These documents should be uploaded online during the application process; faxed or emailed documents will not be considered .
