The newly posted teachers who were recruited by the government in January this year and have been part of the third batch of Staff IDs that has been released by the Ghana Education Service will receive 7 months of arrears in September 2022.
This was disclosed by the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Ministry of Education during stakeholders’ engagement with the Coalition of Newly posted teachers

In his statement, Mr. Kwasi Kwarteng said that the Ghana Education Service will work on the generation of the remaining staff IDs as well the biometric registration of the newly posted teachers within August 2022 to ensure that the teachers are paid in September.
