Booking a study space at UNSW Library is straightforward:
- Choose your preferred space: Visit the UNSW Library booking portal to view available options and select a spot that suits your study needs.
- Book in advance or on the spot: You can reserve spaces up to two weeks ahead. If a space is unoccupied, you may also book it immediately by scanning the QR code displayed nearby.
- Booking duration: Reservations can be made for a minimum of 30 minutes and up to 4 hours per day, depending on the type of space.
- Confirmation: After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email to your UNSW account. Keep this handy as proof of your reservation.
- Arrival: Arrive on time and locate your booked space following library signage. If someone else is occupying your spot, politely show them your booking confirmation.
Important Guidelines and Etiquette
To ensure fair use and a pleasant environment for all, UNSW Library asks students to observe the following:
- Bookings are for personal use only and cannot be made on behalf of others.
- If you don’t occupy your reserved space within 15 minutes of the booking start time, your reservation will be forfeited.
